Class Description

  • Boxing for Parkinson’s:
    Inspiring people with Parkinson’s to improve their strength and coordination through boxing in a supportive and safe environment.

  • Zumba for Individuals with Disabilities:
    An adaptive dance program that promotes physical activity and socialization.

  • Self-defense courses for Women and Girls:
    Empowering and educating women and girls to protect themselves and to feel confident.

  • Yoga for Parkinson’s:
    A gentle yoga practice that helps individuals with Parkinson’s improve their balance and flexibility.

  • Zumba for Parkinson’s:
    An energetic dance program that encourages individuals with Parkinson’s to have fun and move their bodies. 

  • Zumba Gold:
    A fun fitness program for seniors and those with limited abilities, providing cardio, toning, and balance training with easy dance moves.

  • Age Strong:
    Strength and conditioning training for the young at heart.
