Inspiring people with Parkinson’s to improve their strength and coordination through boxing in a supportive and safe environment. - Zumba for Individuals with Disabilities:
An adaptive dance program that promotes physical activity and socialization. - Self-defense courses for Women and Girls:
Empowering and educating women and girls to protect themselves and to feel confident. - Yoga for Parkinson’s:
A gentle yoga practice that helps individuals with Parkinson’s improve their balance and flexibility. - Zumba for Parkinson’s:
An energetic dance program that encourages individuals with Parkinson’s to have fun and move their bodies. - Zumba Gold:
A fun fitness program for seniors and those with limited abilities, providing cardio, toning, and balance training with easy dance moves. - Age Strong:
Strength and conditioning training for the young at heart.
